About Target

Target is an Australian department store chain offering a diverse range of clothing, homewares, cosmetics, toys and electronics. Founded in 1926 as a drapery store in Victoria, they became known as Target in the early 1970s. Despite the similarities, they have no connection to the US department store, Target.

Known for their quality and affordable fashion, Target has over 300 department stores nationwide. About 150 are Target Country stores selling a smaller range of merchandise in rural Australia.

You can find the best prices on quality clothes for women, men and children. They include tops, pants, office wear, plus size, knitwear, dresses, skirts, sleepwear and more. Target’s in-house designed, Sophie jeans, are among their most popular selling items. One in eight Australian women owns a pair.

Other popular products include Target’s home and living range such as Manchester, kitchenware, personal care products, decor, small appliances, toys, games, and more.

Visit your nearest store or shop online at https://www.target.com.au for the latest sale. See the catalogue (or Target Country catalogue) for specials. Sign up to their newsletter and receive $10 off your next online shopping order over $50. Check the brochure in your mailbox. Don’t miss the sale this week.
