METHOD
1. Add bitters, lemon juice, triple sec,
whisky and egg white to a cocktail shaker
2. Seal and shake without ice
3. Add ice, shake and double-strain
into a tall glass
4. Add soda water in stages, allowing the
drink to barge with volume past the lip
of the glass
