use Form SAP8833022. There is no fee for enquiries but the costs of necessary FaxPost messages or telephone
calls may be charged.

Financial and agency services
Bill payments
Locate the Post Billpay barcode or Billpay code and Reference Number on your bill for information on which
payment options are available. Post Billpay payments can be made:
• in person at any Post Office
• by phone on 13 18 16
• online at postbillpay.com.au or
• via the Australia Post app
Australia Post does not charge consumers any fees to pay bills at the Post Office.
Any additional bill payment fees applied are at the discretion of the biller.
Identity services
Australia Post has established itself as a trusted provider of identity services. Currently, we provide these
services for an increasing number of banks and other institutions (e.g. Working with Children, Maritime
Services, Australian Passports), ranging from Identification Checks for financial institutions through to more
complex transactions that include credential verification and live image capture. Available in participating Post
Offices.
